Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart ran into a little PR trouble today when a tape was leaked that shows them lounging in the nude with another woman, dethroned beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche. In the video Rebecca talks about being high and the two women take a bath while Eric tapes them. Apparently a more x-rated version is yet to come, and the couple plans to sue anyone who publishes it. Eric and Rebecca have run into controversy before - most notably when she was involved in a car accident, which killed a young boy in 2001 - though this is some unprecedented territory.
