So this is confusing...
Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy reportedly held an intimate unbinding marriage ceremony in Malibu over the weekend and then jetted off to Vegas for their honeymoon.
A source says:
"The vows basically said that they would 'be forever in love' with one another and that they would always be together. For the two of them, it was as good as a marriage ceremony."
The couple have been dating since 2005 and have previously said that they would never wed because they were happy with things the way they were.
The source adds, "He [Jim] insists that he and Jenny are incredibly happy together, and they don't want to jinx things by tieing the knot. Jim says he doesn't need a legal ceremony or a piece of paper, and Jenny feels the same."
So, they had an un-wedded, wedding? *scratching heads*
