News: After stealing Taylor Swift’s thunder at the MTV Video Music Awards, the rapper bailed on the Fourth Annual BET Hip-Hop Awards Saturday evening, giving up his nine chances to stage yet another remix-worthy acceptance-speech-crashing moment.
