Heidi Klum: After-Party Pretty

Always a fan favorite, Heidi Klum attended the 18th annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Award Party last night (March 7).

The “Project Runway” babe looked picture perfect in short black diamond-studded dress with matching heels.

Skipping the actual ceremony, Klum opted to simply stop by the after-party, and looked to be having a wonderful time as she sat down to dinner with Victoria Beckham.

In other news, the bubbly German gal will appear in her own video game for the Wii based off her reality TV show, “Project Runway.”
