"American Idol"'s Top 16 will take to the stage this week -- the remaining eight women will sing tonight, the guys tomorrow night -- and then four more hopefuls will be dashed when they are ousted on Thursday night. John Park, Jermaine Sellers, Michelle Delamor, and Haeley Vaughn learned that lesson last week when they received the lowest number of votes and were ousted from the singing competition. "I think that experience and more time working on my vocals would be good," Haeley says when asked to respond to Kara DioGuardi's comment that she take a year to really season her voice. "I'm only 16. This is the first really big thing that I've ever done. I've never performed in front of millions of people before. I've never even performed in front of 100 [people]."
